At Express English we have a well-practised system in place that ensures you – the student – can concentrate solely on what is most important: improving your language skills and achieving your goals.
An assessment meeting will be held face-to-face, over the phone or via Skype video conferencing – whichever you prefer. During this meeting one of our tutors will assess your current language level and learning style, discuss your objectives and arrange a preliminary timetable that fits in around your schedule.
It is important for you and your tutor to have an understanding of your language level at the start of your course. In this way we have clearly defined guidelines to monitor your progress and improvement. As soon as a booking is confirmed you will be assigned a tutor. This tutor will then design a bespoke course based on your level, learning style and your personal objectives.
Your tutor will deliver your language lessons in your office, home or over Skype, depending on your needs. The pace of the course will be dictated by yourself and suitable home-study materials will be provided if and when you require them.
You will be given the contact details (telephone and email address) of your tutor and an Express English manager and you are welcome to contact them at any time – whether you need to rearrange your schedule, want to add more lessons, find out about exams you would like to take or if you have an urgent language need you would like to cover in your next lesson – we look forward to hearing from you and building a good working relationship.
Towards the end of your course, or at regular intervals if you are booked on to a longer course, a progress report will be compiled for you detailing your achievement and suggesting objectives for future training.
